Return & Refund Policy
At Elven Rose, every piece is handcrafted with care and prepared especially for its new keeper. If something isn't quite right, please contact us at elven.rose.design@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.
Returns
For standard, non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us at elven.rose.design@gmail.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
I am happy to offer exchanges for standard items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can arrange the exchange.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and, where applicable, the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
Custom & Personalized Pieces
Custom-made or personalized pieces created specifically according to a customer's individual specifications are not eligible for return or exchange, except where the item is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
Because these pieces are created especially for you, they cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at elven.rose.design@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably with photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
